Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for lead generation.
- Experience in the industry relevant to our products/services.
- Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone with a decent internet connection (Some communication is done via Zoom so this is of utmost importance

Further to meeting the minimum requirements, the following criteria would be essential:
- Entrepreneurial mind-set (must be able to work independently)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A established network of potential clients on any of the main Social media platforms
- Effective planning, organizing and time management skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2C sales or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of sales program and driving constant, profitable program growth for us and our clients.
You're self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented and you foster collaboration and creativity. Sales and Marketing skills will be an added advantage
Job Types: Part-time, Commission
Pay: R5 600,00 - R11 200,00 per month
