never@home is looking for a fun, energetic and guest-focused Overnight Receptionist / Security to join the team at our exciting new property in Hermanus.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar reception role

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Opera, Cloudbeds or similar property management systems will be advantageous
- Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and difficult guests in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the property throughout the night
- Carry out routine security patrols and respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents
- Ability to remain alert and reliable while working overnight shifts
