Job Description
Our Operate team (Application Managed Services) is looking for a dynamic SD Consultant with 4-6 years' experience support in the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagement / project.
The ideal candidate will be required to:

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
-
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and prepare applicable system solutions, identify, interpret, support and document customer requirements.

Take charge and effectively run workshops to collect business requirements
-
Map client business requirements, processes, objectives with the ability to develop necessary product adjustments to fulfil clients' needs.

Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
-
Manage delivery of services against agreed SLAs as well as manage escalations
-
Proactively Identify risks and issues, as well as providing workarounds and/or mitigating solutions.

Act as liaison with the client for troubleshooting activities - investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.

Manage changes or emergency transports for high priority issues.

Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
-
Provides ongoing communication to teams on status of engagement / project, changes, achievements, etc.

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
-
Act as a link between the business functions and the technical team.

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
-
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Has worked on at least 1 end-to-end Project Implementation and support life cycles.
Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales 2022 or ECC 6.0 equivalent
