A company providing unlimited graphic design service is looking for an experienced Brand and Marketing Specialist
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs
- Track Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyse data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies to inform marketing decisions
- Engage with Customers: Collect feedback from customers through surveys and social media to build relationships and improve products or services
- Manage Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels and communications
- Utilize Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach a broader audience
- Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, to attract and retain customers
- Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives
- Analyse Competitor Strategies: Monitor competitors' marketing activities and strategies to identify opportunities and threats in the market
- Optimize Marketing Budgets: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities
- Copywriting: writing content that will be used to market products and services, creating written pieces that are clear, concise, and engaging for customers
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Able to think outside the box
- Excellent writing skills
