The overall scope of the role is as follows, but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Control – counting, verifying and preparing cash received from Local Driver deliveries
Assisting with COD queries where necessary and assist Debtors with collections as needed
Management of IT
All accounts department filing
Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
Assisting Warehouse and Logistics Manager with ad hoc tasks as required
Assisting Accounts Manager with ad hoc tasks as required
Minimum Competency Requirements:
Minimum education – Matric / Grade 12
Accounting Software exposure to OMNI preferred, but not essential
Proficient in Excel
Good communication skills in English for dealing with both internal and external customers
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
