Job Summary
The Business Specialist at HCL will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities · Gather and analyze business requirements. · Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews. · Document functional and non-functional specifications. § Required Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. · Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. · Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML). · Experience with Agile/Scrum environments. · Excellent communication and facilitation skills. · Knowledge of telecom business processes is an advantage. · Capabilities to fluently speak and understand French; good English command would be a plus
