- Pro-actively seek new business by targeting a combination of existing customer base and prospective customers. Be customer-centric.
- Developing long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and with potential customers via direct contact, electronic and telephonic channels.
- Communicate and interact at a high level with managers, commercial managers and consultants and win over their trust and confidence.
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Create accurate quotations received and enter into CRM system.
- Negotiates prices and offers alternative training solutions.
- Develop a weekly/monthly call list and maintain information accurately.
- Preparing reports for management.
- Review monthly sales report with sales manager to determine if goals and objectives are met.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge and liaison with training department’s production and delivery schedules.
- Taking full responsibility to resolve customer queries, problems and complaints.
- Complete all “customer mapping” and potential, as well as developing of a detailed customer plan.
- Achieve budget targets and KPIs.
- Promote and encourage a culture of high standards and compliance to adherence to regulations and policies.
