Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day operations of the guesthouse to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a small but dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.

Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy and grow revenue through proactive sales strategies, including local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and direct sales activities.

Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks such as reservations, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Guest Relations: Foster positive guest relationships by ensuring personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a boutique or small hotel environment.
