The Role
Pearl Lemon (Google us) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on booking appointments with prospects via cold calling and internal leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales and marketing company with a rotating portfolio of products each month. If you excel in this role, you could advance to running our sales desk, managing and growing a team.
We offer comprehensive training and the chance to collaborate with a team of experienced business development professionals who have collectively closed over £50 million in sales. Experience in legal sales is a plus, as we occasionally handle clients in the legal sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to book appointments
- Send follow-up emails to prospects
- Work remotely, with part-time, full-time, short-term, and long-term positions available
- Set outbound appointments for our clients (we specialize in appointment setting)
- Achieve a goal of booking 1 appointment per hour (our team typically books 1-3 per hour)
- Utilize a power dialer to make calls
- Ensure calls are targeted and relevant to the prospects
- Follow provided scripts, call examples, and training materials
- Engage with prospects across the UK, US, and Europe
- Demonstrate fluent English and strong objection-handling skills on the phone
- Showcase an amazing phone voice and a bubbly personality

Requirements
- Previous experience in Outbound Sales is required
- A big personality with lots of energy
- Ability to work remotely
- Preference for candidates with experience or willingness to engage in legal sales
