Responsibilities: Customer:
Ensure a thorough understanding of Mr Price Sport customer landscape in order to appropriately execute the Mr Price Sport marketing strategy and deliver an exceptional customer experience across windows and in store to maximise sales.
Research and innovation:
Investigate competitor activity in the market on an ongoing basis in order to develop new ideas & initiatives to assist marketing forward strategies. Drive continuous visual innovation in order to deliver expeptional windows and visual execution.
Communication:
Co-ordinate the following communication externally & internally, aligned to Mr Price Sport Brand DNA and company objectives:
- Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities
- Brand advertising campaigns (incl. magazine advertising, catalogues, emails & digital)
- brand activations & events
- marketing information in BIL's to operations teams
- ensure that SMS's are sent timeously
Current Trade:
Provide business insights by analysing the current trade and react to opportunities in order to increase sales through window and in store execution
Brand Visuals:
Implement brand visual concepts in line with the organisation's marketing plan and the customer journey including window and store seasonal campaigns, promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
Visual Communication:
Inspire store associates to deliver world class windows and in store visuals by engaging with stores through communication e.g. workshops, style guides, digital communication, seasonal launches, broadcasts etc.
Shoot Coordination:
Co-ordinate all shoot requirements ensuring the smooth execution of all campaign and seasonal shoots.
