ROLE:
As a Senior Media Buyer, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include lead generation, sales and conversion advertising strategies.
You are typically responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals.
You will help drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms. Your role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.
Working closely with expert, internal departments including SEO, Design, Client Success Management and Content teams, this position is responsible for supporting No Joke Marketing’s value proposition – to get more new quality leads for our clients.
To keep pace with the ever-changing digital landscape, you’ll be provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.

The outcomes expected of this individual are:

Setup and manage a large number of ad campaigns on a monthly basis for multiple clients in a range of industries.

20% time spent analyzing and optimizing campaigns.

20% time spent testing new techniques. With the ever-changing landscape of media buying, you should be constantly testing new mediums, methods, and tactics to improve results.

Recent hands-on experience managing paid traffic, or in some related discipline within digital marketing

5+ years of media buying experience

Facebook Ad Planning/Buying

Google Ads Planning/Buying

Ad experience on other platforms (e.g. Bing, Twitter, etc.)

Leadpages experience is a plus

Infusionsoft experience is a plus

Split Testing (A/B testing) experience

Ability to create, manage, and monitor email funnels

Ability to write direct response copy for a wide variety of media

Basic-level or greater ability to source and edit images for PPC
Compensation:

Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
