HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR LUXURY HOTEL IN SANDTON! ️

Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for an exceptional Hotel Administrator to join the team at a luxury hotel in Sandton! This role will primarily focus on F&B and Front of House (FOH) administration. If you’re a multitasking pro with an eye for detail, this could be your next adventure!
What’s the Role? You’ll be the backbone of the hotel's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing F&B orders and admin to supporting the FOH team with guest services, you’ll keep everything in perfect harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage all F&B administrative duties—order processing, stock control, and supplier coordination
✔️ Provide FOH support, including guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
✔️ Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain top-notch guest experiences
✔️ Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
✔️ Handle invoicing, payments, and general office duties
Skills & Experience Needed:
✔️ Previous experience in hospitality administration, especially in F&B and FOH
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔️ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
✔️ Computer literate with a solid grasp of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ A passion for luxury hospitality and customer service
Location: Sandton
Salary: R15,000 - R17,000
