Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Operations Management.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in a management role, with 2-3 years specifically in the healthcare industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in finalizing contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and team leadership.
- Strong planning, organization, and control skills.

Additional Requirements:

Position Overview: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of NIMPA’s Medical Centres, focusing on delivering quality patient care, maintaining full occupancy of rental spaces, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Pharmacy, and Optometry, to drive growth and ensure that the centres operate at full capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management & Strategic Planning: Oversee the day-to-day operations and develop strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with tenants, consultants, and patients to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Quality & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and manage risks related to operations and infrastructure.
- Compliance & Governance: Uphold the company's principles of good governance and sound financial management.
- People Management: Lead, supervise, and coordinate administrative functions to maximize team efficiency.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions that align with the company's goals and values.
