ITC Hospitality Group is a fast-growing CBD-based and privately owned property letting and management company that has been in the industry for 20 years. The Company currently represents 4 and 5-star graded and serviced apartments located within the Cape Town CBD, Foreshore and De Waterkant areas. We are currently recruiting for an energetic, well-organised Social Media Manager.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and creating compelling and engaging content for our digital platforms, including but not limited to;
- Websites
- Social media
- Email campaigns
- Newsletters and blogs
You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to ensure that all content is aligned with our brand's voice and message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various digital platforms
- Generate ideas for new content and develop content strategies to increase audience engagement
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimize for SEO and audience engagement
- Stay up to date on digital media trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital analytics tools
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand messaging
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital media or marketing role
