Well experienced blockman wanted for retail section of this iconic wine estate. Must have at least 5 years of non negotiable working experience in all aspects of meat handling, processing and packing. Great knife skills and ability to handle all relevant machinery and processes. Pro active and able to work well in a team and in a disciplined environment, willing to go the extra mile, very driven with attention to detail, high levels of cleaniness and immense attention to detail.
