Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)

Professional appearance and well-groomed

Own reliable transport (public transport not accepted)

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, weekday shifts, overtime, evening functions, and Christmas lunch

Barista and waiting skills required

Contactable references

Ability to multitask, take instructions, and follow commands

Friendly, approachable personality

Some knowledge of wine
-
South African ID
-
Must reside nearby
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests

Handle phone calls, inquiries, and take food orders

Provide outstanding customer service

Perform duties as allocated by management to ensure smooth operations
