Position Overview:
The purpose of the Multimedia Design Intern role is to support and enhance the brand’s visual presence across various digital platforms. This position involves assisting in the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to elevate the brand’s aesthetic and message. The intern will also contribute to developing and implementing design strategies that align with marketing objectives, engage audiences, and support brand storytelling. By participating in creative projects and analysing design effectiveness, the intern gains valuable industry experience and insights into effective multimedia design.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Duties and Responsibilities of a Multimedia Designer Intern of Pineapple Tech (Pty) Limited:
- Multimedia Content Creation: Assist in the creation of multimedia content including graphics, videos, and animations. Ensure a consistent and engaging visual presence that aligns with the brand’s strategic goals.
- Graphic Design: Develop and design compelling graphics that reflect the brand’s voice and identity. Tailor designs to suit the specific nuances of each digital platform. Ensure that all content is visually engaging, on-brand, and optimised for platform-specific audiences.
- Video and Animation Production: Assist in producing videos and animations that enhance brand storytelling. This includes editing video footage, creating motion graphics, and ensuring all multimedia content is polished and professional.
- Design Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and refine design strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement. Learn to apply strategic planning skills to real-world design projects.
- Creative Campaigns and Initiatives: Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with innovative ideas for multimedia campaigns and initiatives. Help develop creative concepts that drive interaction and achieve marketing objectives.

Contract length: 36 months
Pay: R10 500,00 - R12 000,00 per month
