Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the villa.

Manage and train villa staff to maintain high service standards.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for villa needs.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

Ensure the villa is well-maintained and meets safety standards.

Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls.

Plan and execute events and activities for guests.

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and personalized service.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in luxury hospitality.
