Main Purpose of the Role:
Manage and oversee E-Commerce department within Retail Warehousing environment. Ensure order fulfillment and client demands are met in accordance with SLA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee existing and develop new e-commerce platforms to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Daily reporting on e-commerce performance
- Continuously improve functionality to assist in customer satisfaction
- Analyse performance data and make data-driven recommendations
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to make recommendations for continuous improvement
