HR Manager:
Proven capability and experience in overseeing and managing the employee life cycle, particularly with an industrial/recycling background - including:
- Strong HR administration - ensure that personnel files are in order and in compliance with the relevant labour law, rules and regulations;
- Full compliance with all labour laws including BCEA, LRA, EE, OHSA, WCA, UIF;
- Complete payroll management with absolute attention to details;
- Drafting of all types of employment documents, contracts, policies and procedures;
- Employee relations, discipline and performance management;
- Represent business at the CCMA (conciliations and arbitrations);
- SHEQ management, including risk assessments, incident/accident investigations, compliance monitoring, audits, and maintaining risk registers
- Strong organisational development
- Strong leadership capability - must be able to work closely with all levels of staff - hands-on involvement necessary;
- Strong people management experience - focus on coaching, mentorship, succession planning and retention
Pay: R40 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
