Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing health-tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our advanced system to doctors and assisting our clients with creating effective marketing templates. This role is essential in helping us expand our reach and support medical practitioners in streamlining their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Elle Health’s system to doctors and medical practices.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Assist clients in designing and customizing marketing templates to suit their individual needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare technology sector and emerging marketing trends.
- Establish Elle Health as a recognizable and trusted brand in the healthcare technology sector.
Ideal candidate characteristics:
- Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
