Front of House Manager for popular restaurant in Kloof Street
General responsibilities include
- Day to day runnings of the restaurant
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution, problem solving
- Staff management for a large staff compliment
- Daily cash ups (Gaap)
- Food and Beverage knowledge a must in order to maintain quality control
- Must have own transport and be able to work night shifts. Typical shift is 4pm - 1am.
