Compile and maintain an HR folder with HR documents for school use.
Initiative and result processes:
Update, maintain and safeguard HR documentation and templates.
Ensure the quality, effectiveness and consistency of communication by being the contact point between HR operations and associated administrative functions in the school.
Coordination of HR functions for example staff disciplinary hearings, recruitment processes, retirement and resignation taking charge of these processes from start to end. Assist staff with UIF, COIDA, etc, claims.
Implementation of KPA process (performance management model).

Minimum requirements:
Matric plus relevant HR diploma (advantageous).
Preferred training:
Proof of continuous awareness of labour legislative updates.
Minimum experience:
2 - 3 years as an HR administrator.
