Junior Design Draughtsman
Electro Automation Manufacturing based in Krugersdorp has a vacancy open for a skilled Junior Design Draughtsman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D design drawings, fabrication drawings, and assemblies
- Develop and refine equipment designs to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
- Compile General Arrangement (GA) drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Support new product development and design variations based on client specifications
- Ensure all designs meet company standards
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Draughting (or equivalent)
- 5 years’ experience in a mechanical design and draughting environment
- Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication processes
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
