We are looking for an HR Administration Intern who will assist the HR team with administrative tasks, data entry, and special projects. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and develop skills in data analysis, communication, and organization.
Role:
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Process new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Coordinate employee events and training sessions.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the HR team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Assist with benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
- Coordinate employee communications and announcements.
- Develop and maintain HR-related documents and materials.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must have recently graduated with a minimum of a diploma/degree in HR or Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
- Academic average of 60% or higher. (Academic Record must be attached with the application)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
