- Build and install in stipulated time frame.
Installations
- Customer installations with positive feedback.
- Assisting customers with measurements and design / product choice.
- Assisting customers with repairs / bad installations.
Production
- Shows a lot of leadership in pushing / Leading his team to achieve targets.
- Always willing to try and implement changes proposed to better our product.
- New product development & Implementation.
- Existing product cost improvement.
- Machine operating, maintenance and reporting.
- New jig design.
- Jigs and Tools maintenance and reporting.
- Product process flow improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- Diploma/Certificate in Carpentry/Artisan (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a woodworking, door, or furniture manufacturing environment, advantageous but not necessary.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, woodworking processes, and assembly lines, advantageous but not necessary.
- Knowledge of raw materials (timber, board, veneers, laminates, hardware) and their applications.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and health & safety regulations.
