We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist to own and scale a high-volume account with meaningful spend, offline sales data, multiple locations, and high-value conversions.

This is a role for someone who loves the mechanics of performance marketing: search intent, auctions, bidding systems, conversion quality, campaign structure, creative testing, audience signals, and the feedback loop between ad spend and real commercial outcomes.
You’ll work closely with our internal team to improve the way we buy traffic across Google Ads: sharper account architecture, cleaner conversion signals, better budget allocation, stronger experiments, and more useful reporting.
The ideal person has deep hands-on experience across the Google Ads platform, is confident managing significant spend, and knows how to use data to make decisions beyond the standard interface.
You should be comfortable with Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing, value-based bidding, offline conversions, experiments, custom reports, and turning technical teammates who can help turn good questions into scripts to extract better data.
We’re looking for someone who wants real ownership, direct commercial impact, and the room to build a Google Ads operation, with growth into other channels, that keeps getting smarter over time.
