Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Ensure seamless communication between departments to guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding service consistently.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, ensuring it reflects the luxury and comfort associated with our brand.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall guest experience and drive revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hotel setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
