Amazon eCommerce Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Amazon eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Amazon eCommerce operations, driving sales growth, and implementing strategies to improve product visibility and performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Amazon's platform, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The position is remote, but the candidate must be available to work during California business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and optimize the performance of our Amazon storefront.

Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon accounts, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and rankings on Amazon.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales data, conversion rates, customer reviews) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to increase product visibility and drive traffic.

Manage relationships with Amazon, including handling any issues related to listings, orders, and account health.

Develop and implement strategies to improve product reviews and ratings, addressing any customer feedback or concerns promptly.

Stay updated on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and capitalize on new features or opportunities.

Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales forecasts and manage any issues related to stockouts or overstocking.

Create and present regular reports on Amazon performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience managing Amazon eCommerce operations, with a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing performance.

Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, including SEO, PPC advertising, and Amazon's algorithm.

Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and other eCommerce tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience with Amazon advertising tools and strategies is a plus.

Knowledge of the pet industry and FluentPet's products is a plus.
