Retail Sales Executive – Kixi Footwear

Kixi is launching, and we’re looking for vibrant Retail Shoe Sales Assistant to join our team in Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
Kixi is not just another shoe brand. We offer a fresh, stylish, and one-of-a-kind footwear experience for customers who want shoes that stand out. Our products are designed to bring together fashion, comfort, personality, and confidence, giving customers something different from the usual retail shoe options.
We are looking for someone who can represent the Kixi brand with energy, warmth, and excitement.
What we’re looking for
We need a friendly, confident, and reliable person who enjoys working with people and has a passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service.
You do not need shoe sales experience, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to make customers feel welcome.
Requirements
Must be based near Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Umhlanga, or surrounding areas.
Must have reliable transport to and from work.
Must be well-spoken, presentable, energetic, and trustworthy.
Must be comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous retail, fashion, beauty, or shoe sales experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional way.
Help customers choose the right Kixi shoes and sizes.
Explain the Kixi product and what makes it unique.
Keep the store/display area neat, clean, and attractive.
Assist with stock, merchandising, pricing, and daily sales.
Help create a fun and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
