About Us

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on IT Support & PC Technician to join our growing team and provide high-quality technical support to our internal staff and classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Perform PC upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support.
- Configure email accounts and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure systems are secure and up to date.
Minimum Requirements
- CompTIA A+ Certification (required).
- CompTIA Network+ (advantageous).
- 1-3 years' experience in IT support or PC repair.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Active Directory and Windows Server basics.
- Remote support tools.
- Hardware diagnostics and repairs.
- Customer service orientation.
