A well-established company within the Construction industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This role will be based in Pretoria with some travel, and it is a permanent requirement.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Responsible for quotes and costings
- Estimations
- Procurement processes
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional Membership with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) (advantageous)
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Construction industry
- Experience with Construction Contracts (FIDIC, GCC, JBCC)
- Experience with Procurement and Cost Management Principles
- Knowledge and experience in the Installation of sandwich panels
