Virtual - Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant – Event Rental Industry (US-Based Company)

We're seeking an energetic and creative marketing professional — willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and done right. Open to varying levels of experience, with pay based on experience, this position has lots of growth and earning potential — whether you're starting out hungry and driven as a junior level marketer, or coming in with CMO-level experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create and schedule content using Canva, Buffer, CapCut, or similar tools
- Write captions, emails, blogs, and marketing copy that converts
- Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and inquiries
- Use AI tools to streamline content and marketing workflows
- Support with light admin and ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong social media strategy and digital marketing skills
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with the event rental industry is highly desirable
- Self-starter with strong written English communication
- Must be available during core US Pacific Time (PST) collaboration hours, 8 AM–5 PM (some flexibility offered)
- Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace, and reliable audio setup for professional video calls
