Job Title: UK Sales Agent (Appointment Setting)
We are looking for energetic and motivated UK Sales Agents to join our growing call centre team, focused on appointment setting for UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK customers
- Set qualified appointments for sales teams
- Deliver clear, professional, and engaging communication
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer information
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months sales or call centre experience (appointment setting experience advantageous)
- Must speak clearly and confidently with excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Good computer literacy
