The Senior Manager - Platform Architect will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and overseeing the architecture and development of scalable software solutions/platforms to deliver avant-garde solutions across MTN value chain.
As a platform architect within software CoE, the role will guide a team of platform architects/developers to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code/ solutions for Architecture CoE.
They will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and successfully deliver high-quality platforms that align with business goals and industry best practices.
As a Chapter Lead for Architect domain, they will be responsible for scheduling periodic sessions with the architecture team across Squads and identify best practices, synergies, share experience & deep knowledge with other chapter members with an aim to upskill and cross the chapter members.
