Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality professional hair services to clients.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Perform cuts, blow-outs, styling, colouring, highlights, treatments and other relevant hair services.
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and workstation presentation.
- Ensure clients receive a warm, professional and personalised salon experience.
- Recommend suitable professional haircare products and treatments.
- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques and products.
- Assist with building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Promote salon services, packages and promotions where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other Royals by Eve team members.
- Maintain professional conduct, punctuality and excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised industry experience.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling and colouring.
- Experience with treatments, highlights and chemical services will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Passion for beauty, hair and client care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible salon hours when required.
