We are looking for a customer-focused Short-Term Insurance Policy Service Administrator with a solid background in the insurance industry, to join our growing team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have previous experience in the short-term insurance policy services with a proven track record
- Must have matric and industry-related qualifications
- Must be criminal clear
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans (bilingual)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
