LiquidCapital is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Policy Admin Team Leader. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Policy Admin Team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Policy Admin Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To plan, coordinate and control the quality of a team's work activities that supports the processing and administration of policies, contributing to client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROCESS

Assist a team with the identification and resolution of problems and provide solutions that lead to:

improved operational service delivery and quality.

Execute own and teamwork in line with governance and compliance processes.

Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems within the team environment and escalate unresolved issues.

Monitor and evaluate operational processes for quality and effectiveness and notify stakeholders accordingly.

Monitor and report on own and team's transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.

Plan, coordinate and deliver own and team activities to ensure that agreed standards and operational objectives are met.

Understand and execute administrative functions as required by the position.

Provide operational support related to policy and administrative activities and initiatives to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business area.
FINANCE
-
Coordinate and monitor daily work activities within the team environment to prevent financial losses.
CLIENT
-
Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.

Coordinate team activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
PEOPLE

Act as change agent and provide support to the team throughout the implementation of identified change initiatives.

Coordinate and participate in learning interventions to establish a learning and growth culture within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

2 - 3 years' experience in a similar environment

Grade 12
-
Advanced Excel
-
Proven track record of managing a team
