The Customer Service Agent acts as an extension of the Outworx brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries, concerns, and service requests
- Resolve complaints by identifying appropriate solutions within required timeframes
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive approach during all customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
- Ensure all administrative tasks and system updates are completed accurately and on time
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Deliver service excellence while upholding the Outworx values
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Excellent listening and information-gathering skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
