A leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salary, wages, taxes, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Prepare and distribute payslips or payment reports
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
- Reconcile bank statements and payroll reports
- Generate payroll reports for management
- Stay up to date on changes to payroll laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Proven experience with payroll software (e.g., Pastel Payroll, Payspace)
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
