Recruiting for a stand alone restaurant in a busy, trendy shopping centre, meeting the following specifications:-
Hospitality Management qualification
Strong restaurant management background in recognised restaurants (Tigers Milk etc), franchise restaurants would be preferrable.
Must currently be managing a full service restaurant with an emphasis on frsh food and good quality coffee.
STABLE track record with minimum 2 years in each previous position
Dynamic confident, friendly and outgoing person who can manage a large work force; must be a leader who an established team with respect and follow
