Wildlife ACT Innovations is a wildlife tracking technology company that is using field-proven technology combined with on-the-ground conservation and monitoring experience to deliver world class tracking and telemetry products for the environmental sector. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our small team in Underberg, as our new production assistant.
Full-Time Production Assistant
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacture of all tracking devices, testing of technology, remote monitoring and troubleshooting
- Data entry and management
- General office administrative duties
- Efficient maintenance of stock levels, orders, and stock receipts
- Run errands as requested
- Ensure that all manufactured products meet customer specifications
Minimum Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Matric (Grade 12)
- MUST reside in Underberg with their own accommodation
- Valid driver’s license with their own reliable vehicle
- Excellent English, communication and written skills
- Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary
Key Competencies
- Experience working with tools in a workshop environment
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
