As a Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the brand in-store, engage with customers, promote products effectively, and support sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge. Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
Drive product awareness and support sales targets within assigned retail locations
Deliver accurate and confident product information to customers
Maintain strong in-store brand presence and ensure displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations
Build positive working relationships with store staff and management
Keep up to date with product features, promotions, and competitor activity
Complete daily or weekly sales and activity reporting as required

Strong customer engagement that leads to increased product interest and sales

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, promotions, or brand representation

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
Experience working in field marketing, in-store promotions
Familiarity with merchandising standards and retail compliance requirements
