Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Related tertiary qualification
- Experience in a legal environment or position
- Liabilities and/or Recoveries experience, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident

- Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Collisions and Apportionment of Damages Act
- Analytical thinking and strategic objective execution
- Redefining processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies within the Legal Department

Under general supervision and within company guidelines will research, collates, records and examines claims to make long term claim settlement proposals. Will refer exception cases to other decision makers.
