As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the following activities:
Finance/Projects:
Receive Quotes under delegated spend for plant Maintenance activities. Assist with CAPEX implementation of Projects and CAPEX Post investment analysis.
Support service:
Management of all contractors on site related to projects and maintenance. Ensuring all contactors are HSE compliance and ensure that all contractors are knowledgeable with TotalEnergies management of work procedures and other critical procedures.
Operations:
Ensure plant equipment is maintained in a safe and legal standard according to the regulations framed under the OHSACT and other legal local requirements. All long lead repairs must be planned in according with the production team to ensure no production loss mitigated. Ensure plant OEE is greater than 80% and meets the production demands as per plan. Manage the breakdown in the plant to ensure all repairs are competed in a timely manner with limited production impact.
HSE
- Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, PTW guideline and legal requirements

SE KPIs (Ramseys and Intelex) and risk reduction strategies.
People Management
Effectively lead employees through applying TotalEnergies people management principles. Develop, coach and mentor subordinate to promote a positive working environment that will attract and retain skilled staff and increase productivity.
Governance:
To ensure that the Sub-station, MCC rooms, Pressurised equipment etc are maintained in a safe standard is in compliance to the OHSACT.
Quality:
Ensure that RCA’s are completed for breakdowns and learnings shared with team members
Ensure the plant is maintained to the relevant in accordance with the relevant ISO standards
