Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our coffee shop, working alongside our team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will report directly to the General Manager and assist in various aspects of managing the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality coffee and food items with every visit.
Staff Management:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that equipment is well-maintained and follows health and safety regulations.
- Help manage cash handling and transactions, including POS system operation.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of coffee and food products, making sure they meet our standards.
- Work with the team to ensure the shop is clean and well-organized.
