As a leading provider of cleaning services in the UK, they are dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning solutions to their clients and are looking for a motivated Outbound Cold Caller to join their dynamic team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients to promote our end of tenancy and deep cleaning services.
Follow up on lost leads and re-engage them to convert into sales.
Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the company CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Utilize MS Word and Excel and CRM

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you must work hours as specified in this ad. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.

Skills :

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling.
Comfortable with making high call volumes daily.
Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and motivated.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not essential
