Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, both internal and external.
- Managing social media correspondence and posting.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements of this Post:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent Communication skill.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
