About the Role
To maintain radio contact with road staff, prepare schedules and maintains a daily log of all events, road operations and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control radio communications within the designated area
Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery schedules
Respond to emergency calls and provide necessary assistance
Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities
Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities
Required Qualifications:
Matric
PSIRA Grade C with CIT Qualification
Firearm competency for handgun with business purposes
Driver licence
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of radio communication systems
No credit record
No criminal record
May not be a registered as a director of any company / business

Understanding of radio operations and protocols
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using communication equipment
