Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Supervises front- and back-of-house, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and opens/closes the restaurant.
- Staff Leadership: Trains, schedules, motivates, and disciplines employees to maintain high service standards.
- Customer Experience: Resolves complaints promptly, gathers feedback, and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Manages wastage, and inventory.
- Marketing & Strategy: Implements promotions.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years previous management experience in the food service industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills for leading teams and interacting with customers.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
